Hershy Way Warranty

Hershy Way LTD warrants the original purchaser that its HDPE Poly Furniture shall be considered under warranty for 20 years residential and 10 years commercial for material and workmanship.
We will repair or replace whatever part is damaged free of charge. Freight charges to be paid by customer. Minimal expansion and contraction, slight fading, substance stains, scratches, normal wear and tear, chipping, improper handling and Acts of God shall not be considered under warranty.

WARRANTY CLAIM MUST HAVE PROOF OF PURCHASE.

• Stainless Steel fasteners are included under this warranty if maintained properly in coastal areas. Some corrosion or rust shall not be under warranty.
• Powder coated parts shall be warranted for 2 years against, peeling, cracking or blistering, but not against abrasion.
• Rope used by Hershy Way shall be warranted for 5 years.
• Cushions shall be warranted for 2 years; compression of cushion shall not be considered a defect.
• Umbrella’s shall be warranted for 4 years against fading and frame shall not be warranted against wind damage.
• Manchester chairs warranted for 5 years.

TREATED WOOD FURNITURE & CYPRESS PORCH FURNITURE

Hershy Way LTD warrants the original purchaser that its treated wood furniture and Cypress Porch Furniture shall be warranted for 4 years. We shall repair or replace whatever part is defective free of charge. Freight charges to be paid by customer. Scratches, normal wear and tear, mildew, improper handling and Acts of God shall not be considered under warranty.
• All fasteners are included under warranty if maintained properly in coastal areas. Some corrosion or rust shall not by under warranty.
